Olympia's SiteLine Online

Welcome to SiteLine Online, the City of Olympia's on-line inspection request service. SiteLine Online is a time and money saving device designed to make your job easier. To use this on-line service, all you need are your Permit Number and Permit PIN, which were written on your SiteLine wallet card when your building permit was issued. These two numbers allow you to schedule or cancel inspections. You may also confirm inspection results and status on all City-issued permits 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

SiteLine Online is easy to Use

Simply use the drop down menus to schedule, re-schedule, or cancel the appropriate inspections for the permit you enter. When you are finished, you will receive a message that your transaction was successfully completed and a confirmation number.

Please schedule inspections within the next five working days. This reduces the need for cancellations and helps our inspectors review your project on schedule.

Finding Your Permit Number and PIN

If you do not have your SiteLine wallet card, you can locate your Permit Number and Permit PIN on the permit itself. For a sample permit with the Permit Number and PIN highlighted, click here. Remember, each permit has a unique permit number and PIN!

If you experience difficulty using this on-line service, please contact the Community Planning and Development department by telephone at 360.753.8314, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.

You may also use our interactive telephone scheduling, SiteLine, to schedule your inspection, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need the same Permit Number and Permit PIN that you use for SiteLine Online. Call 360-753-4444 extension 3001. Follow the prompts to schedule the inspection you need.
